How can I start using your dental lab?

Download an RX and call us at (608) 592-2229 or 1-855-591-6975 and we will schedule a pick-up either that day or the next day. Either our driver UPS will pick-up the case. For more information and shipping supplies, please call the lab or email us.

 

What is the turn around time for your dental lab?

Approximately 7-8 working days for single-unit restorations. Bridges and implant cases may take longer. We can RUSH any case but would be helpful to know in advance as there are limitations. If we need more time, you will be contacted by someone from the lab promptly.

 

What is your remake/refund policy?

Any remakes pertaining to our work the crown will be remade/refund free of charge. The case must be returned with the original restoration along with the model.

 

What is your warranty on your work?

Nakoma Dental Laboratory guarantees all of our work for 3 years with the exception of shade change and change of material. If the restoration fractures or breaks within the 3 years, the restoration will be done free of charge.

 

What are your forms of payment?

We accept checks, Visa, Master Card. If paid with a check by the 10th you are eligible for our rewards program if you meet the monthly minimums. If paying with a credit card, payments must be made on the 1st of the month to receive eligibility in our rewards program. Payments are of course accepted with either form after the 10th of the month but not eligible to receive rewards that month.

 

Are all of your products FDA approved?

Absolutely all the products that Nakoma Dental uses are approved by the FDA. We use the best materials such as Dentsply, Patterson, Vita, Vident, Nobel Biocare, Henry Shein, Ivoclar, and many more.
